Kid gets run over by car and survives

The video is a footage from a CCTV camera. In the video it can be seen that a child is playing in the middle of the road.
Then a lorry comes over and runs over the child like he is not even there. The lorry again backs up and runs over the child. Fortunately, the child survives. The child is lucky enough that he did not get between the wheels and was between the car. If the was under the wheels he would certainly had d!ed.
This is severe carelessness as the driver of the lorry runs over the child as if there is no one there. The child on the other hand is in the middle of the road. Where are his parents? And why aren’t they looking after him.
This kind of carelessness can result in more dangerous accidents. Parents should be aware and should not let their children play anywhere near the road. Similarly, drivers should be careful of what is in front of them and be more conscious while driving.
